The problem

Every quote was a manual exercise: open the file, estimate material and time, apply margins and taxes, write back. It took a day, sometimes more, and the studio lost projects to the wait. The public site had to sell to brands like Nike and adidas and to someone printing a single keychain, in three languages, and load fast on cheap phones.

What we built

  1. 01A three-language marketing site with LocalBusiness structured data, WebP-only imagery and PageSpeed in the green.
  2. 02Service and B2B landing pages, project galleries and a blog with lightbox galleries.
  3. 03An internal platform where the team uploads a model and gets a quote with material, time, IVA and margin computed automatically.
  4. 04Quote PDFs and order tracking, from approval to delivery.
  5. 05A floating WhatsApp entry point, because that is where Paraguayan customers actually are.
